Overview: UX content design for core banking journeys including adding payees, sending payments and moving money between accounts.
Process: Story mapping, user research, content design, microcopy writing, validation, user testing, reviews, sign-offs.
Collaborations: UX designer, UX researcher, accessibility specialist, product manager, fraud specialists, front-end engineers, QA, legal and compliance, AEM authors.
Challenges: Implementing fraud protections (i.e. extra friction) into journeys. Complexity around scheduling payments.
