Overview: UX content design for the Chase Rewards hub - a space for customers to track their cashback, activate offers and redeem earnings.

Process: Experience mapping, content-led ideation, user research, microcopy, accessibility validation, end-to-end governance and approvals.

Collaborations: UX designers, researchers, product managers, AEM authors, engineers, QA, and Legal & Compliance.

Challenges: Integrating complex terms and conditions into the user journey without overwhelming the customer or dampening the "moment of delight" when activating rewards.
