Chase Debit Card UX

Overview: UX content design for the Chase debit card experience. Giving Chase customers the ability to manage their debit card to a granular level.

Process: Story mapping, user research, content design, microcopy writing, accessibility validation, user testing, reviews, legal and compliance approvals.

Collaborations: UX designer, UX researcher, accessibility specialist, product manager, front-end engineers, QA, legal and compliance, AEM authors​.

Challenges: Establishing a new mental model for how debit cards work, as the Chase card is numberless and the card details are in the app only.
